There are many ERP systems for restaurants in the world, but few of them are ideal for delivery restaurants. Usually, IT companies develop common systems for ordinary restaurants that have tables for eating, for fast food and street food cafes. Such ERP systems have an extensive number of functions. For each courier, the restaurant manager set the definite service area and marked if this employee was on foot, or on a scooter, bike, or on a car. Therefore, the system allocated that courier only on those orders that implied delivery to the addresses within the marked service area.

The ERP included the website and the mobile application for order processing, food production control with the function of evaluation of the delay in the kitchen.
